Europe is multiplying its artillery ammunition. Nobody rebuilt the logistics.
ECLIPS Germany industrialises a fielded, reusable ammunition container system for the European artillery ramp-up: proven in service with the Australian Army, confirmed by the German procurement office, entering trials with the Bundeswehr and the French Artillery School.
The bottleneck is not production. It is everything after the factory gate.
European 155 mm production is scaling from roughly one million to two million rounds per year. Every one of those projectiles must be stored, moved and staged at dispersed firing positions. The systems doing that work today are single-use packaging, pallets and manual handling, designed for static logistics chains behind a front line that no longer exists.
Reconnaissance and strike drones have inverted the equation: dispersal, speed and minimal crew exposure now decide survivability. Artillery logistics needs what containerisation gave global freight: a reusable, intermodal, sealed unit built around the projectile.
That unit exists. It carries a JMIC footprint, seals to IP67, moves by ship, aircraft and UGV, and is in service with the Australian Army today. ECLIPS Germany brings it to Europe.

The French Artillery School confirms its intention to trial the system, as France introduces 109 CAESAR Mk II systems and scales domestic ammunition production towards 100,000 rounds per year.
Signed letter of intent with Europe's largest western UGV supplier to Ukraine: distribution of NOXIS Small and NOXIS-Lift on ARX platforms, plus a joint live demonstration of the integrated unmanned resupply system to the Bundeswehr in October 2026.

Read the steep step honestly: 2028 follows from saturation-stock volumes derived from NATO requirements and national inventory targets. The derivation sits in the assumptions document, and the model deliberately contains no Ukraine revenue, no Poland before 2028 and grants at a conservative 35% planning rate. Each is upside against these figures.
